Members must own a street legal, insured motorcycle larger that 350 cc, be a member of AL Post 69 or SAL Post 69 the AL auxiliary or a spouse of one of the preceeding.

ALR promotes motorcycle awareness and safety. Raises funds for military service-related charity and performs motorcycle flag honors for parades and other functions.
